These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Kyentra (the “Service”), a procurement and budget-control application. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Kyentra on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) until cancelled. Prices are shown in USD. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access other tenants’ data, no reverse engineering, no reselling access without permission, and no uploading of malicious or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the data you enter (projects, suppliers, orders, uploaded documents). You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Kyentra offers optional AI-assisted quote capture. Extracted results are best-effort and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing them before acting. Documents you submit for extraction are processed by a third-party AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyentra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Kyentra is a management tool and does not replace your own financial, legal, or procurement judgement.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia, unless a mandatory law in your location provides otherwise.
