This Privacy Policy explains what information Kyentra (the “Service”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the Service.
Account data: your name, email, organization name, and industry, provided at signup.
Business data: the projects, budgets, suppliers, requisitions, purchase orders, delivery records, and documents you enter or upload.
Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe; we store only your plan, subscription status, and a Stripe customer reference — never card numbers.
Technical data: basic logs and privacy-friendly usage analytics (page views, aggregate performance) to keep the Service reliable.
To provide and secure the Service, process payments, send transactional email (confirmation, password reset, and account notifications), provide support, and improve reliability and features. We do not sell your personal data.
We share data only with processors that help us run Kyentra, under their own security and privacy terms:
Each organization’s data is scoped to that organization. We take reasonable measures to prevent one tenant from accessing another’s data.
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to meet legal or accounting obligations.
You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can also manage most data directly in the app. Where applicable law (for example Malaysia’s PDPA or the GDPR) grants additional rights, we honour them.
We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you signed in) and privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users of a material breach as required by law.
